During his time at the media network, he reported from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem in Israel and the Gaza Strip in Palestine. He reported the events following the assassination of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin in 1995. His impressive work saw him being voted one of the Best Local News Anchors in Syracuse.
In 2000, he joined WCVB television as an anchor and reporter. His hard work as an investigative reporter earned him the regional Edward R. Murrow Award. He also bagged Associated Press honours for tracing the hijackers linked to the September 11 attacks.
