Is Dany from Counting Cars sentenced?
Danny has not been sentenced to prison. However, persistent rumours have claimed he was involved in a scam. In an interview, he addressed the situation and the false accusations linking him to CBD sales, saying:
A while back, Eastwood got into a big, giant lawsuit about selling CBD stuff, and he won; but he’s Clint Eastwood, so I get that; but who am I?
Despite these rumours, Danny Koker remains active in the custom car industry. The allegations about him selling CBD products are entirely false. He never sold them, never appeared on FOX News to promote them, never defrauded anyone, has not been charged, and has never been incarcerated over it. He further explained:
Apparently, I’m in jail like every other week. I see this all the time. That’s why I did the perp walk when I came into the room to see you. The folks that work in the hospitality room or the store, they come to me and tell me that people come in asking if I’m in jail, and it's crazy, and it’s frustrating, because it’s sooo not me.
I’m a conservative Christian guy, and I’m all about God, family, our country, my team, and my people.
