In the video shared on TikTok, the apartment in New York City has one bedroom, which appears narrower.
The unit has a toilet and bathroom outside along the hallway of the apartment for all tenants.

In the video, it could be seen that the apartment had an open kitchen and only one window.

In related news, TUKO.co.ke reported about a UK-based man who broke down his monthly spending, including house rent.
The man pays £850 (KSh 163k) per month for a 3-bedroom residence in what he describes as an okay neighbourhood.
He spends £600 (KSh 115k) per month on food and explains that groceries can be a significant expense for families in the UK.
His total monthly bills amount to approximately £2,200 (KSh 422k), but he emphasises that it is possible to live on much less or much more.
