The bank operates five subsidiaries: Kingdom Securities Limited (60% stake), Co-op Trust Investment Services and Co-op Bancassurance Intermediary (both wholly owned), Kingdom Bank Ltd (focused on MSME services), and Co-operative Bank of South Sudan (51% owned by Co-op Bank Kenya, 49% by the South Sudan government).

1. Head – MSME Credit Quality, Collections and Recoveries
The bank is hiring the head of MSME credit quality, collections and recoveries.
