Mary Diana is a household name in the real estate sector, following her establishment of MD Modern Homes, four years after her graduation.

She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Applied Statistics from the Technical University of Kenya in 2017.
Diana earned recognition as the Realtor of the Year by the Kenya Professional Realtor Association and the Young Entrepreneurs Achievement Award by the National Business Leadership Award, a year after starting Modern Homes.
She also boasts awards in property sales won during her previous employment in 2021.
Diana started her journey as an intern in a real estate firm in 2018, where she grew her passion for the sector.
She later got employed as a salesperson, marketing and selling plans for houses, where she ventured into sourcing properties and got promoted to team leader and sales manager.
