Which jobs are available at KCB Bank?

1. Business Analyst

The job holder will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the business needs of the business stakeholders, including customers and end users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
  • Professional Qualifications such as ITIL Foundation, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), TOGAF Certification will be an additional advantage.
  • Project Management certification such as PRINCE II (Practitioner) / Agile PM / PMI-ACP / Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Two years of progressive experience in Information Technology is essential.

2. Integration Specialist

The individual will be required to have extensive experience in various integration services and technologies, with emphasis on emerging and modern integration services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Any Middleware/integration training/certification.
  • Master’s Degree: Technical or business-related.
  • Five years of progressive experience in Information Technology.

3. Legal Counsel, Securities

He or she will ensure all credit facilities granted by the bank are fully and adequately secured.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised university.
  • Possess a Postgraduate Diploma in Law.
  • Have a minimum of four years of relevant work experience.

4. Assistant Manager, Digital Solutions & Customer Experience

The assistant manager will lead the development and improvement of digital insurance products.

Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of three years of experience.
  • Have at least two years of experience in digital product development.
