What job applicants should do
Speaking exclusively to TUKO.co.ke, career development expert Simon Ingari noted that job seekers should analyse job advertisements carefully before making applications to increase their chances of being shortlisted.
Ingari advised that early applicants avoid errors resulting from rushed applications.
Applicants should internalise the advertisement carefully and immediately. This will help note the exact deadline (date and time), identify the minimum requirements (academic, professional, citizenship, etc.) and determine if they are eligible before making application," said Ingari.
