Who is Karangu Muraya?

Muraya is a gospel musician who hails from Kagio-ini, Murang'a county.

Speaking at a past interview with Kameme TV, Muraya said he was the first one in his family to sit for the Kenya Certificate of Secondary School Education (KCSE) exam.

He revealed that his education was sponsored since his parents were unable to pay school fees.

How Muraya grew his wealth

Muraya started a hustle of selling mutura in Nairobi's Kayole estate.

This was after relocating to the capital city, fresh from high school, where his father paid his house rent only for two months.
