1. Cybersecurity incident response manager

The jobholder will manage the end-to-end cyber incident response lifecycle across the Group.

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), information security/assurance, engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of security leadership, with experience running and managing incident playbooks.

2. API technical writer

He/she will lead the creation and maintenance of high-quality API documentation and developer resources.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of hands-on development experience in software engineering and backend/API development.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, technical communication, or a related field.

3. API product owner

The jobholder will lead the development, lifecycle management, and delivery of the bank's API products.

Requirements:

• Over five years of experience in software development, systems integration, or API-focused roles.
• At least two to three years of experience in a product owner or product management role, preferably with API platforms or digital products.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional agile squads and backlogs.

4. Assistant channel support manager - Agency
