What should job seekers do?

"Don't overthink it. Just tell them why you are awesome and why you want the job. Keep your resume simple and straightforward. Use bullet points. Employers like things easy to read. Highlight the important stuff like skills and experience," Ingari told TUKO.co.ke.
He also recommended that graduates and professionals should be honest and avoid fancy words.
"Just be real, there is no need for fancy words. Be intentional, honest, and stay persistent. Do not lose hope if you are not hired," he added.
