In a notice published in the Daily Nation newspaper on Wednesday, August 20, the firm tasked Dalali Traders Auctioneers to conduct the auction.
The auctioneer noted that the sale of the used accident vehicles will take place on Tuesday, August 26, in different yards in Nairobi and Mombasa.

"Duly instructed by NCBA Insurance Company Ltd, we shall sell by public auction the undermentioned accident vehicles (salvages) on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, online from 11:00am to 1:00pm through our link," it stated.

What are the conditions for the sale of NCBA Insurance Ltd vehicles?
- During regular business days, viewing will take place at NCBA-IG Northshine Salvage Yard-Behind Safari Park, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 to 4:00pm.
- A KSh 100,000 refundable deposit is required to be paid to Dalali Traders Auctioneers as a bid deposit. Without a bid deposit, there will be no bidding at all.
- Within seven days of the auction date, the declared buyer must pay the remaining purchase price directly to NCBA Insurance Company Ltd.; otherwise, all deposits will be lost.
- Reasonable reserve prices apply to the sale.
- The vehicles are available for purchase in their current condition.
- As per NTSA TIMS regulations, the declared purchaser will be responsible for the transfer fees and the registration process.

In related news, Family Bank announced the sale of 27 vehicles and offered the cheapest Nissan and Toyota brands at about KSh 300,000.
NCBA Bank invited bids from Kenyans for an auction of 39 vehicles.
Stanbic Bank also advertised the sale of 22 vehicles in Nairobi and other cities.
