What left many in stitches was his accent and also broken Kiswahili as he thanked the president for his good works.

"Nilikuja hapa kuona president Mr William Ruto, alifanya kazi mkubwa sana, tumeshukuru tena tume asanti," he said.

On his expectations about the president's speech, Otieno did not have much to ask, saying he only wanted the president to speak at the stadium and that the people behave well.

Otieno said he arrived at the stadium at 1am and was not even able to have tea due to just how people had filled the stadium and movement had become difficult.

The video left many cracking up, as some noted just how filled the place was while others could not help but take a jibe at his Kiswahili.
