Milly’s other siblings were also present at the event.

Milly, in a previous interview with TUKO.co.ke, revealed that her siblings had turned their backs on her, especially her sister, when it was time to lay their mum to rest.

She said that her family members spread a rumour that she was part of the Illuminati, hence why she had money.

Many of her family members stopped associating with her, and she was left with the burden of burying her mother alone.

At her mum’s burial, she said that her sister spat on her, which broke her heart.

During the candlelighting ceremony, Milly’s sister denied the claims, saying that they loved each other.

She dismissed claims that she ever spat on her late sister.

“I am Susan Phoebe, and it’s not like that at all. We loved each other and nothing could pull us apart. That was just a misunderstanding Wacha niongee initoke. Despite what she was saying, that’s just talk and what she said about forgiveness I know Milkah well. There is no one who does not know her in my family. Here are my brothers you can ask them if I spit on her during our mother’s burial. I never did that. What I can say is let her soul rest in peace. I still love her," she said.
