While explaining how his client was charged with murder, he noted that Director of Public Prosecutions, Renson Ingonga, 'choosed' a murder charge.
At first glance, one would think what he said was okay, but he then repeated the word, giving away his broken English.
"Position of DPP on how they 'choosed' my client. Well, they have 'choosed', they have 'choosed' a murder charge, simply because there was a death that 'occurred', so sad that the victim has died over the shots and that is the reason why the murder charge has been preferred," he said.
Even worsening his case, the lawyer went on to explain why the murder charge was pronounced and what his next step would be.
"We will be appearing before the High Court, it's the High Court that has the jurisdiction to entertain matters to do with the jurisdiction of murder. So we will be going for the judge," he said.
It was very clear that English was not the lawyer's first language, and he would have shared his ideas better using a different language.
Many who heard his broken English camped in the comment section of a post, sharing hilarious replies.

Why did Klinzy Barasa's lawyer quit?
Earlier, the initial lawyer who was assigned to Klinzy Baraza, Felix Kiprono, quit the case after receiving 1,000 'greetings' from Kenyans.
The jovial advocate, who became famous a decade earlier seeking Malia Obama's hand in marriage, noted how the greetings had made him rethink his position.
He said that many of the messages criticised him for defending someone many considered a murderer, even before a court ruling.
He added that the decision was also in the interest of his safety and that of his family.
