Veteran thespian Kate Actress has given a glimpse of the changes she has undergone since she started her weight loss journey.

Kate Actress speaks about weight loss journey

The former Mother-In-Law actress shared a video of herself in an orange suit and revealed that when she bought it, it fit her well.

The mother of two also narrated that she started a semaglutide (Ozempic) journey in December 2024 but paused due to the festivities.

In her words:

"I just finished my meetings, it is my injection day by the way. When I got this set, I know you have seen it before, my pants were super tight. Now, I cannot even hold. I am not giving it out. What I have realised about this journey is consistency. I started this journey in December, and you know what happens in December I took a break. And then re-started it in January. It has been four months of consistency and lifestyle change."

She also said that she does not feel like eating much and if she has a craving, it is only for healthy meals.

Kate noted that her hips size were down to a size 46 as she flaunted how tiny her waist looked.

"I think I am now ready to go back to the gym for weight training and make everything firm. One thing about me is I will share my journey authentically with my peeps," she added.

Kate shows off progress after gastric balloon

Back in 2022, the Netflix-featured actress showed off her curves after undergoing the gastric balloon procedure.

While sharing different photos of herself looking pretty, she revealed that she had lost enough weight to her liking.

She also praised how the procedure had helped her waist and bust shrink and shared her anticipation of going back to the gym.
