Following the clip’s leak, Triza pointed fingers at Wairimu, alleging she recorded the private conversation during a recent meeting where they had convened to discuss a potential business deal.

She maintained her innocence and reiterated that she was not behind the leak.

"I did not record you. Triza, I did not record you and I say that under God's name," Wairimu said tearfully.

Wairimu also disclosed that Karangu, who shared the clips online, had called her to ask whether she was the source of the leak.
