With her newly-launched show, The Nyaleader Show, she is confidently carving out her path as the next queen of Kenya’s online entertainment scene.
The Nyaleader Show isn’t your average celebrity sit-down. Diana describes it as a platform tailored to uncover the less-talked-about angles in the lives of both up-and-coming and established personalities.
With a mission to educate, inspire, and spark meaningful conversations, her show goes beyond entertainment, shedding light on the human stories behind fame and success.
“Everyone coming to the industry is coming with something new to offer,” Diana told TUKO.co.ke in an exclusive interview.
“For me, it’s about real talk, humanity, giving people their flowers while they’re alive, and teaching young people how to use joy and light as tools for success.”

Born and raised in Migori County, Diana's story is one of ambition and courage.
Diana Nyaleader's background
A proud alumna of Daystar University, she got her big break abroad when she landed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work with Makinarium, an Oscar-winning visual effects company in Italy.
“In between my studies, I had the chance to work with Makinarium. That experience changed everything. I got to learn from the best — including CEOs like Steve Ogutu of Trace Mziki East Africa and Makinarium's Business Development Manager in Italy,” she said.
Her exposure to different global cultures, languages, and work ethics sharpened her worldview, and she knew she had to bring that knowledge home.
“Living in Europe opened my eyes. The difference in mannerisms, food, and socialising… it was a whole new world. It taught me how to think differently, and that’s what I want to bring to my audience.”
When asked who inspires her, Diana didn't hesitate — Jennifer Hudson.
“I love her interview style and the way she connects with people. She’s real. She’s relatable. That’s the kind of host I strive to be.”
Her show’s name, Nyaleader, is deeply personal. It’s a name she carries proudly, not as a stage name, but a gift from her grandmother.
“My grandmother always called me Nyaleader. I can count the number of times she ever called me Diana,” she laughed.
With just one month in the game, Diana is already drawing attention. Her YouTube channel has surpassed 1,000 subscribers, and her Instagram boasts over 17,200 followers, numbers that continue to grow by the day.
And while others focus on glamour and gossip, Nyaleader is focused on impact.
“This show is for everyone. Not just celebrities or influencers. I want anyone who sits on my set to walk away changed — and for the audience to feel that change too.”
