The wedding was nothing short of spectacular — a colourful affair attended by close friends, family, and prominent guests, with all the pomp and pageantry befitting a star.
Photos and videos from the event quickly made rounds online, showing a glowing couple deeply in love, with their union celebrated by many.
But just three weeks later, the same county made headlines for all the wrong reasons.

A viral video captured the tense moment, the shoe flying toward the head of state, narrowly missing him thanks to his quick reflexes.
The president momentarily halted his speech as security officers sprang into action, swiftly apprehending the suspects behind the brazen act.
The incident occurred just as Ruto had begun a speech addressing the rising cost of farming inputs, a topic of great importance to the local agricultural community.
Despite the interruption, the president maintained composure and later instructed law enforcement to release the suspects, showcasing a spirit of forgiveness and calm in the face of hostility.
But the act left many shocked, none more so than Winnie, a proud daughter of Migori and now a public figure following her marriage to Prince Indah.
Taking to social media, Winnie expressed deep dismay, terming the act not only shameful but also personally embarrassing.
"I have heard that Migori people hit Mr. President with an old shoe. Migori people, you… why are you embarrassing me?" she lamented.

In the clip he shared, Njugush crept back home using a dimly lit corridor, unbeknownst to him that he was being seen.
In the clip, the comedian and content creator had one shoe on, demonstrating how the mysterious man whose shoe was thrown at Ruto probably went back home.
The clip went viral, with many applauding Njugush for his top-notch creativity.
Who threw shoe at Ruto?
Meanwhile, the police in Kuria West confirmed the arrest of three individuals in connection with the shoe-throwing incident.
Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, a senior officer who requested anonymity due to the sensitivity of the case, disclosed that the suspects were possibly affiliated with rival political camps within the county.
The officer noted that investigations are ongoing and hinted at the likelihood of more arrests as the probe widens.
Authorities believe the attack may have been politically motivated, possibly orchestrated as a show of defiance ahead of Ruto’s visit.
Whether it was a lone act of protest or part of a broader strategy, the consequences have already rippled through the political and social landscape.
