He was dressed in a traditional robe and sporting a white belt, and was seen trading punches and kicks with a sparring partner in a coordinated drill that left both visibly sweaty and focused.

According to the MP, martial arts is not just about combat, it is a discipline that enhances physical fitness, sharpens mental focus, and boosts confidence.
Alongside the video, he cheekily took a jab at political opponents, writing:
“Martial Arts enhances physical fitness, cultivates mental discipline and promotes self-confidence. Tuko site. 2027 race is unstoppable. The race will be Babu vs Owino. So far we have unworthy opponents," he wrote.
The post comes amid Babu’s subtle yet growing hints about a possible presidential run in 2027.
