In a viral video clip, the outspoken politician reminisced about his ex-girlfriend, Cynthia, who was a nurse and loved him unconditionally during their time together.

His story quickly captured the audience's attention, as he painted a vivid picture of her dedication and care.
“My first meaningful relationship with someone I can say truly loved me was with a nurse," Sifuna said with a smile. He shared that he had recently texted Cynthia, warning her she’d be in the news, to which she jokingly responded, asking him not to “burn” her.

He went on to describe their early days, saying:
“I met this lady at The Nairobi Hospital's Cicely McDonell College of Health Sciences. That lady loved me. You can imagine she was coming back home from her shift, and back then, I didn’t have money. I was living at a servant quarter in South B.”
Despite her exhausting night shifts, standing for hours with weary eyes, Cynthia would always put him first whenever she got home.
“She would come back after a tiresome night shift with weary eyes after standing the whole night, but after showering, she would sort me out first,” he said with evident affection.
