After their exposure, clips of them dancing on TikTok in feminine attire, makeup, and wigs went viral, drawing widespread attention.

Alex and Simon wore skimpy dresses, polished nails, and styled wigs, perfecting their female personas. Their dance moves, mimicking popular female styles, helped convince some customers.

With expensive outfits, heels, and handbags, their act was so convincing that they amassed over 19,000 TikTok followers.

Other men arrested for posing as ladies

According to the DCI, they advertised professional massage services online but turned on clients during sessions to rob them.

The two were arrested by Kasarani detectives after a victim reported being forced to transfer KSh 280,000 to them.
