How Pastor Dorcas spends time at home

Gachagua, under his Wamunyoro movement, has held meetings with different stakeholders at his home, who have pledged their allegiance to him.

His wife, Dorcas, noted how their home is being flooded with guests, but maintained that she is used to people coming in because of her husband's tenure in public service.

"It feels like the city has moved to Wamunyoro and is pretty busy to host, but at the same time, what you must realise is that my husband has been in public life for the longest I have known him. Even when I met him in the university, he was the chairman for DUSA, so even when you would visit him, he had students around him," she said.

The mother of two also revealed that since they stepped out of office, following Gachagua's ouster, she has had time to take care of her farm.

She also reminded Kenyans that just because she is the spouse of a politician does not mean she has no job.

"When you are called to the office, it is about servanthood. We were busy serving the public, and some of our things were a little bit forgotten. I could not come and spend the four hours I spent here with my cows. That is how I know them by name," she added.
