Did Octopizzo build an apartment?
The Noma Ni hitmaker recently took to social media to showcase a massive apartment complex he is developing in the upscale neighbourhood of Kileleshwa, Nairobi.
The rapper shared photos of the ongoing construction, giving fans a glimpse into the impressive real estate project that has already risen to five floors, with the sixth in progress.

In one of the photos, Octopizzo can be seen standing confidently atop a heap of construction ballast, flanked by heavy-duty machinery and workers actively shaping the building’s next phase.

Octopizzo’s strategic move into real estate is a notable deviation from the paths of some of his peers.
His long-time rap rival Khaligraph Jones recently went viral after unveiling his lavish mansion, estimated at over KSh 100 million, built to house his family.
While Khaligraph is investing in a personal home, Octopizzo appears to be building for business, a smart, income-generating asset with long-term benefits.
This move mirrors that of comedian Njugush, who has also diversified his portfolio, often showing off the fleet of matatus that he owns in the city named after his kids.

Did Octopizzo buy new Range Rover?
Octopizzo recently took to Instagram to flaunt what appears to be his latest luxury ride, a sleek Range Rover L460.
The high-end SUV made its debut in the Kenyan market in 2022 with a starting price of KSh 45 million.
The rapper was seen beaming from the backseat in one photo and later behind the wheel in another.
He also struck a confident pose at the rear of the vehicle, with its pristine condition and his proud expression saying it all.
In additional clips, he showcased the immaculate white interior, complete with oversized display screens on the seatbacks and armrests.
He cheekily captioned the post Kibera Cleanic Day.
