After a pretty tough month in his political and personal life, the musician seems to be having a much better start to June.
In a video that has now gone viral, the musician was spotted performing on stage at an event, entertaining his fans with his tunes.

The musician took a break from performing his hits to play one of the most famous songs in the country at the moment, 'Kasongo.'

In the said clip, Samidoh was seen dancing energetically as his band played the hit, with the crowd cheering loudly as they joined in.
The revellers seemed to be enjoying the moment as they relished the song, which has been heavily linked to the Kenyan president, who has embraced his nickname, Kasongo.

Samidoh reacts to 'Ruto must go' chants
Another video also emerged that showed the singer turning his back on the fans as they chanted, 'Ruto must go'.
Seemingly avoiding any tensions between the government and the unofficial opposition, led by former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua, he opted not to join in.

The video showed him grinning while turning to look at his band, appearing to be mortified and knowing that there was nothing he could do.

Samidoh joins street band in performance
Earlier, Samidoh left part of a town in Ireland, marvelling at his music after joining a street band.
In videos that have gone viral, the musician was spotted playing a guitar in the middle of a street while jamming to his Mugithi hits.
One could spot some of his fans, familiar with his music dancing, while some of the locals join in the dance, including a toddler who was excited by the tunes.
Other mzungus were seen recording the performance while nodding their heads, which showed just how much captivating the genre was for them.
