The recent fallout between world's richest man Elon Musk and President Donald Trump, has once again solidified that saying that; There are no permanent friends and permanent enemies in politics.

The two were considered best of friends as they campaigned tirelessly to ensure that Trump became president, but just months later, things fell apart.
Why are Donald Trump and Elon Musk beefing?
Just after leaving Trump's administration as head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), Musk later slammed Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill (OBB), calling it a 'disgusting abomination'.

Trump retaliated, noting that Musk had seen the bill way too early and was acting out of self-interest.
Trump further threatened to cancel government contracts given to Musk's companies, and this led the billionaire to gloat about being the reason why Trump won the presidential elections.
Musk, through his X account, continued to expose what he believed to be lies about the Trump administration, even levelling serious accusations at the US leader.
How does Gachagua compare to Musk?
Despite being a White House staff and not deputy president, Kenyans have noted how Musk's tactics of exposing Trump compare to Gachagua's uncovering alleged faults in the William Ruto administration.
After his impeachment, Gachagua attacked Ruto's leadership, accusing him of corruption, being involved in abductions, and lying about his religious beliefs.
This has seen many led to netizens comparing the two, with a tweet by Gaitho Kimani, noting that the US government is about to experience the wrath of Gachagua in Musk's skin.
He shared a photomontage of the leader's snaps merged to form one person, leaving netizens in stitches.

Elon Musk claims Donald Trump is in Epstein files
Earlier, Musk also claimed that Trump is implicated in the infamous Jerry Epstein files.
Epstein, a former financier and convicted s*x offender, died controversially in jail after his arrest in 2019, leading to questions about his case and those connected to it.
Musk wrote in a tweet that Trump's name being on the files is the reason why they have never been made public.
The SpaceX boss even urged netizens to mark the tweet as things would reveal themselves in the future.
