Philanthropist and Kikuyu musician Karangu Muraya has been chased away in Murang'a county.

The first wife, Triza Njeri, established herself as a content creator.
His second wife, Carol Kim, has earned the love of Kenyans over the past few months.
The philanthropist appears to have an enviable lifestyle based on what he shares online, but things recently took a dark turn.

Things changed for the beloved Kikuyu artiste when he visited Deputy President Kithure Kindiki's home.
While at the DP's Karen home, Karangu hailed the Social Health Authority (SHA) as a working model.
He narrated how SHA had paid KSh 460,000 of his brother's hospital bill.
What happened to Karangu Muraya in Murang'a?
A section of his supporters was displeased with his sentiments, and some labeled him a 'betrayer.'
He recently took a trip to Murang'a, and he was met with hostility, according to a viral video.
In the video, residents were seen chasing him away, and he approached a police car.
The police protected the musician from a possible altercation, and he later shared a photo to show that he was okay.
The musician's second wife also updated fans on Karangu's status. Several Kenyans had rushed to her social media pages to inquire whether he was doing well.
She assured them that he was doing okay and there was no need to panic.
"No need to panic. Karangu Muraya is okay," her message read.

Gloria Orwoba took a swipe at the musician after he was chased away in Murang'a.
She wrote:
"I am healing. Lakini as I heal, watu wa Muranga hio kitu mumefanyia Karangu Muraya aki. Surely, yaani mumesema mtu akionekana State House ni hivyo? It is kwinished? Anyway, as long as you leave the cousins out of this. As you were!"
