Ruth looked stunning in an all-white outfit and well-done hair, where she showed off her smile and teeth that have now brought issues.
What does Ruth K's new look entail?
Mulamwah had earlier posted throwback photos of Ruth without some teeth and gave a glimpse of how she underwent transformation.
In his post, Mulamwah asked his ex to return his teeth, sparking mixed reactions from social media users.
However, in Ruth's new clip, she danced to a gospel song as she flaunted her beauty, proving she was unbothered by her ex's rant.
She was dressed in a white sleeveless top and black trousers. She also matched the look with a silver necklace.

How did Mulamwah respond to cheating claims?
The mother of one came out to expose her ex, Mulamwah, and accused him of cheating on her with multiple women.
However, Mulamwah shared a lengthy post on Facebook detailing how Ruth destroyed their relationship.
He accused Ruth of creating a WhatsApp group where she added over 80 women and claimed that he was HIV positive.
Mulamwah also insinuated that Ruth was following her friend's advice, which made her move from their home.
According to him, his ex was now making noise because he had refused her request to return to their home.
Is Ruth K dating again?
Elsewhere, Mulamwah's ex recently addressed questions on whether she was dating again after parting ways with the comedian.
She noted that she was not single but emphasised that she was not interested in getting into any relationship.
According to Ruth, she wanted to take the time to build her own life and chase the bag rather than focus on romantic relationships.
