Why did KTN's Junior quit the acting industry?

Where has Junior been all these years? Is the question that most of his fans have been asking over the years, amidst death rumours.

The actor said that he stopped acting because there was no money in the Kenyan entertainment industry.

"The Kenyan industry is not fair," he said.

Junior, during a TikTok livestream, also revealed that the reason he left Nairobi was because of his parents.

Right before he left, Junior had started rapping and releasing gengetone, something that his mother did not appreciate.

Why did KTN's Junior move to the US?

He admitted that he was also involved in the wrong groups, hence prompting his mother to take him to the US.

"My parents moved me to the US immediately after waliona nitaharibika (they saw I was going down the wrong path)." he said.

Junior explained that his mother moved to the US right after he was born, and he stayed with his father back in Kenya.

Kenyan ladies have also shared their admiration for the all-grown actor, wondering whether he has a girlfriend.

"You want to know if I have a partner? Why do you want to know that? How will that help you? I will show you my car," he said.

He also warned Kenyans not to be deceived that life in the US was easy.

“No one should deceive you that life in the US is easy. Problems everywhere. I wake up at 6 to get to work and I come back very late," he added.

He also expressed interest in merging his livestream with German-based Kenyan content creator Nyako.

The actor asked Kenyans to be careful while protesting, revealing that he has been following up on Kenya's affairs.

Was KTN actor Baken caught stealing?

In other news, young actor Baken da Sherrif and Junior’s former castmate went viral in 2023 for all the wrong reasons.

Baken was caught stealing and in a viral video, he was seen tied up and being questioned for allegedly stealing phones, a motorbike and KSh 124,000.

Baken was severely bruised in the clip.
