Will Njugush attend the protests?
The comedian has shared a hilarious video while lying on his bed.
Several celebrities have shared their willingness to participate in the deadly protests in support of Kenyan youths.
The youths are commemorating the lives lost during the deadly protests on June 25, 2024.
Several Kenyans lost their lives while protesting against the punitive taxes enforced in the Finance Bill 2024.
Njugush reminded Kenyans of days when one would get new clothes or uniforms, and you couldn’t wait to wear them.
He funnily slept next to a Kenyan flag, a timer, two basketballs, a jersey, a bottle of water and body oil.

He reiterated that the protests were peaceful, noting that he was armed with nothing.
The father of two wrote:
“Peaceful unarmed with nothing but the flag and numbers. What have I forgotten?”
Some Kenyans in his comment section asked him not to forget to bring the balls, as they would use them to play games in Nairobi CBD.
His fans noticed that he was using his youngest son's blanket in the hilarious video.

Celebrities such as Kate Actress, Eric Omondi, Khaligraph Jones, Mulamwah, Ruth K, Jackie Matubia, Abel Mutua, Phil Karanja, Jacky Vike (also known as Awinja), Mammito, and Lynn Njihia are expected to hit the streets.
They joined protestors in 2024, and these celebrities have been vocal about criticising bad governance.
Lynne had shared a similar photo to Njugush's. She slept next to the gear she would use during the protests.
Eric had urged Kenyans to take to the streets and commemorate the fallen heroes.
