Which cars did Chris Kirubi own?

Kirubi was one of the first Kenyans to be seen with a Mercedes-Maybach, a top-tier luxury sedan known for its sleek design, executive comfort, and nearly unmatched engineering.

The vehicle, estimated at over KSh 30 million, inclusive of import taxes, often turned heads, especially when it appeared at high-profile events like the launch of Two Rivers Mall, where he served as a director under Centum Investments. The sleek machine could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just five seconds.

Alongside the Maybach, he also owned a customised Bentley. Rumoured to have cost him a similar amount, the Bentley was tailored to his taste and, like all his cars, sported a signature number plate with his initials, “CK.”

Kirubi had more than just sedans in his garage. His Mercedes-Benz M-Class, acquired brand-new from DT Dobie, was a practical yet premium SUV reportedly worth over KSh 8 million.

Complementing it was a stylish Range Rover, a status symbol among Kenya’s elite, valued anywhere between KSh 8 and 15 million.

Perhaps the most eye-catching of them all was the Ferrari. Though it remains unclear whether he owned the high-performance sports car or took it for a spin as a fan, Kirubi was once photographed behind the wheel, adding fuel to public fascination.

The cheapest Ferrari models retail at over KSh 18 million, with some customised editions fetching up to KSh 30 million or more.

Edison Nyachwaya, a luxury car dealer, admitted that Kirubi’s collection was the gold standard of automotive luxury.

“As a dealer, this is the kind of taste I dream of catering for- rare machines for discerning drivers who demand both performance and prestige.”

Did Chris Kirubi own farm?

In other news, TUKO.co.ke reported that Kirubi had diverse investments, including a lesser-known but impressive farming venture in Thika.

Sitting on roughly 1,000 acres, the expansive farm featured a man-made lake occupying about 15 acres.

Kirubi cultivated bananas on over 250 acres, making it one of the largest plantations in the country. He also grew avocados intended for export.

Aerial footage revealed banana stems stretching across the land, with farmhands transporting harvests to a processing area.
