Why would they be dancing during mourning?

TUKO.co.ke reached out to psychologist Aggie Wambui, who explained that moments of lightness during grief are not unusual.

“Grief is not experienced in one way. Some people seek moments of joy or distraction to cope with overwhelming sorrow. Dancing, especially when surrounded by supportive friends, can offer a brief emotional release. It doesn't mean one is done mourning, it simply shows the complexity of healing,” she said.

She added that they would celebrate their little girl properly once the mourning period was over, though it may take time.
