Did Police drag man after shooting him?
The clip, whose location remains unverified, captured the horrifying moment three armed police officers dragged a nearly undressed man, believed to have been shot, across the ground and into a police station.
His trousers and shirt had been stripped off, leaving him only in his undergarments and with almost no dignity.
It remains unclear whether the man was dead or still clinging to life when he was dragged.
The distressing footage has drawn sharp criticism from members of the public, including some of Kenya's top celebrities who have taken to social media to condemn the growing police brutality.
