He used the opportunity to encourage men to always speak up whenever they are burdened by life challenges.

"Today, my heart aches as I say goodbye to my dear uncle. His passing is a tragic reminder of the silent battles many men face. My uncle was a kind, strong, and loving man, and it's devastating to think he felt such immense pressure that he couldn't see a way out. This profound loss compels me to speak out. Men, it's okay not to be okay. The societal expectation to always be strong, to suppress emotions, and to shoulder burdens in silence is a dangerous one. We need to create a world where men feel safe and empowered to express their fears, anxieties, and struggles without judgment," he noted.

Baba Talisha urged his fans to honour his departed uncle's memories by advocating for mental health matters.

"Let's honour my uncle's memory by advocating for open conversations about mental health. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out. Talk to a friend, a family member, a therapist, or a helpline. Your life matters, and there is help available. We need to break the stigma surrounding men's mental health and encourage every man to speak up when life and emotions become overwhelming. Rest in peace, Uncle. You are loved and will be deeply missed," he continued.

In another post, he comforted his mother and listed several tragedies that had struck the family.

"Take heart, mum… just 1 year ago they lost a sister (Maria), my uncle was attacked by goons, almost ending his life, and today the worst happened. Rip, Uncle Asunga. To Butere Shiatsala people, I know you know him, and he was a great man," he posted.
