Wanjiru took to social media to make a desperate appeal to the public, calling upon anyone with blood type O+ to help save her partner’s life.

"If you are blood group O+, please help us. Come to Avenue Hospital in Kisumu," she pleaded.

She continued:

"Doso needs an urgent surgery. Unfortunately, he can’t be operated on without the required amount of blood, specifically his group O+. Please, if you are in Kisumu and can donate, come to Avenue Hospital. I am willing to pay anyone who shows up."

In a moment of raw desperation, Wanjiru even inquired if there was a legal source to buy blood in Kisumu.

"Or who knows where blood is legally sold in Kisumu? We are helpless."

Doso fell from the building after a wild night out partying with Lydia and others at a popular joint in Kisumu.

His fall comes shortly after he and Wanjiru reconciled, following her public accusations of him allegedly cheating on her.
