KK loved to involve his friends in his content creation, and Cashina was one of the female friends who featured in his skits.

In the skit Cashina shared, she welcomes him to her home, asking him to have a seat and proudly telling him that she is an independent woman who pays her own bills.

"Welcome to my place. Have a seat, by the way, you know I pay my own bills, and I am the one who pays rent for this house."

KK hilariously responded, implying that while independence is important, it isn’t entirely new, as some women make it out to be.

"That is so nice, you know, even Kenya gained its independence a long time ago. It has been independent," he shared.

She even claimed that she rejected a wealthy mubaba who had given her a mouthwatering offer of moving her to Kilimani.

You see, I am an independent lady. There was a mubaba who wanted me to move to Kilimani, and I refused to move."

After her revelation, the comedian dramatically left her house, perhaps in disbelief at her revelations.

In an exclusive interview with TUKO.co.ke, Tony Sherman, KK's fellow comedian, mourned him with a touching tribute.

"Losing KK has left a hole in my heart and in the entire content creator community. He wasn’t just my friend, he was my brother, my cheerleader, and one of the most brilliant minds I’ve ever met.
KK had a way of turning everyday life into comedy gold. He made us laugh, but more importantly, he made us think. Humble, supportive, and insanely creative, he was the kind of person you were proud to know," Tony said.
