Mily's son Brian has addressed the matter, saying that he was surprised someone would chase clout with such a matter.

After hearing the rumours circulating online, Brian and his sister visited their mother’s gravesite.

He explained that the grave appeared disturbed because nearby graves were also being dug, and the displaced soil had shifted to Milly’s resting place.

"People are exaggerating. I was there today and already ilikuwa imekorogewa chini. You should know other people are also getting buried there, so the soil is being spilled on my mum's grave. I don't know if there is an outbreak ya kuvunja makaburi... If you are trying to clout on people's graves find a life. I really don't have time to look for you. The grave is fine," he said.

Her brother Sleek also addressed the matter, revealing that he was planning to travel to Nakuru and visit his sister's grave.

Sleek explained why he had yet to travel to visit his sister's grave. He also urged Kenyans who were willing to visit the grave to join him.
