Kitiki Sam details symptoms of stomach cancer
One fan asked him how he realised he had stomach cancer, and he revealed:
"Someone was asking about the symptoms. I became pale and people used to think I had bleached my skin. My colleagues were asking if I had bleached in January. My stomach started swelling, and I started vomiting blood. So those are the symptoms, and a lot of abdominal pain. I still battle the pain. I used to be 160 kilograms, and right now I am 40 kilograms," he revealed.

"I need KSh 2,800 for a shot daily. If you do that math. It's almost KSh 80,000 in a month. There's another prescription that I'm supposed to get that's KSh 12,400. That goes for two weeks.
