Known as Sparky Eyebrows, the Porsche owner is known for microblading.
In a video doing the rounds on social media, he hit out at Kenyans aged 35 and above who still use public service vehicles.
Must 35-year-olds have cars?
“You are 35 years old and lining up to board a matatu. You don’t feel shame? It is raining, and you are fighting to board the PSV because you do not have a car," he said.
Sparky urged those he was addressing to compare themselves with their agemates.
“When you leave work, your colleagues get into their vehicles for a few minutes and relax. Your agemates are opening the sunroof, and the only thing you can open is the matatu window.”
He said that matatus should be a preserve of Gen Zs starting their careers.
“When people came to Nairobi to build their net worth, you came to make a eulogy. When people brought brains, you only brought a head.”
His comments did not sit well with most Kenyans, who bashed him, noting that everyone has a different path in life.
Nimrodnick:
“My goodness. If you felt demoralized by his statements, then I'm here to tell you that life has a way of humbling people and also uplifting people. Don’t give up on that grind. Maybe your efforts of today are just what’s needed for your future dream car or even just a means of transport of your own. God is in control.”
mukasa.the.elekt:
“I unfollowed this guy yesterday instantly. I don’t want to see his face anywhere.”
Captevanson:
“Did you see Jesus with a car? In heaven, it's just donkeys.”
Kaymothitima:
“You need to relax, man. Every dog has its day. We are not all the same. In fact, 80% of Kenyans don’t drive.”
sejo_hosee:
“This one should now be given a chairman seat in the men's conference 2025.”
faraja_spring_:
“Say less and thank God always. Not all fingers are equal, and not everyone’s journey is the same, but God’s timing is perfect.”
