Susan, a nurse and CEO of Toto Touch Kenya, died under mysterious and troubling circumstances.

She was allegedly injected multiple times with unknown substances, first at home, then again at the hospital.

Her family insists Susan was in good health before the incident and shared emotional details from their final conversation with her.

How did Sarah Mtalii almost lose her life?

Mtalii, while noting how shocking Susan's death was, noted that someone in her circle wanted her to also get injections.

"I have just gone to TikTok and seen the breaking news of that mama who was forced into ... and injected some stuff. If you are in my crew circle, you know how someone was desperate to say I was mentally ill and I need to be injected. I read the news and asked for another cocktail. These things are happening, and that is why every woman who is going through a toxic marriage needs a pillar of strength," she said.

According to the mother of two, it took the man she now calls her pillar of strength to rescue her.

"Were it not for my pillar of strength, maybe I would have gone through the same. My condolences to her family. I think this thing with gender-based violence needs to come to an end," she added.

In a separate report, Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) detectives are investigating the mysterious death of Susan.

The mother of three died shortly after being admitted. Shocking reports suggest her alleged abduction was carried out with her husband’s consent.

She was forcibly removed from her home in Kileleshwa and taken to a Nairobi hospital on Monday, July 14, where she was admitted, despite reportedly having no known health issues.
