Mungai threatened to expose them, claiming that most of them were married men, threatening to involve their wives. She wrote in part:

"I also forgot men who send me dirty pictures in my DM. Leave me alone or soon I will post your wife's pictures here. That is bad behaviour. Those aren't cute pictures to send someone that you aren't even speaking with," she wrote.

From her message, she would most likely parade their accounts via her Instagram Stories.

The influencer also criticised Kenyans for attempting to undermine individuals they had previously supported while building their own brands.

Mungai recalled how Kenyans supported her when she was growing her brand back in 2020.

She said:

"Kenyans, we have this culture so much, we support a lot when someone is coming up, but when they grow above and beyond, hate starts coming. Well leo nimeongea sana. Everyone who has supported me since 2020 knows my journey, but right now they ignore it and try to call me names. Always tryna attach women's success with something they are not!"
