However, while on a live stream on TikTok, Alvan turned down the housing offer because it did not align with what he wanted to do.
"There is a guy who was offering me a two-bedroom house in a village somewhere. He did not mention the village. However, I followed him; he did not follow me back. I said hi, he did not," said Alvan.

His response got to Kadima, who shut down claims that he did not follow Alvan Back on TikTok and shared a screenshot of his message to the singer.
"First of all, you can never clout chase when somebody needs help. I am doing this video for the purpose of clarifying a few things, for the sake of the people who care about this channel. We did not mention the name of the place for the sake of your privacy and ours. When you followed me, I followed back immediately. And you never texted. I texted. You're friend called, and I gave him instructions," said Kadima.
