In a recent episode of Oga Obinna's show, Njoroge opened up about his routine and explained how he uses stimulants to enhance his gym performance.

How do stimulants benefit bodybuilders?

According to the fitness trainer, he takes a certain stimulant, commonly used for blood pressure regulation, 15 minutes before each workout.

He revealed he uses it four times a week, since he works out four times a week.

"I take v-gra before my workouts… about 15 minutes before. It's a medicine for blood pressure. That enzyme makes your blood vessels constrict, and the blood moves from the skin surface into the inner surface... It makes you feel like there is a flood of blood in your system," he explained.

The revelation left host Oga Obinna stunned, with the bodybuilder further elaborating on how he sticks to this routine four times a week.

As is common with bodybuilders, Njoroge's training involves much more than just lifting weights.

Muscular Ambira students amaze Kenyans

In a separate article, photos from a body-building competition held at Ambira Boys High School taken social media by storm.

A talent search page shared the images on Facebook, and they went viral, with several reactions.

The snapshots from the Mr. Flex competition showcased several students flaunting impressive, chiseled physiques.

With glistening muscles and striking poses, they commanded the stage while their classmates cheered them on.

Among them, one student particularly caught the eye with his remarkable build, prompting many online to declare him the clear winner.

The reaction to the photos was diverse; some Kenyans hilariously expressed concern about disciplining such muscular students if they were teachers.

Others were curious about the diet and training routines that had led these bodybuilders to achieve such impressive physiques while still in school.
