Eric promised to visit the family after actress Dorea Chege highlighted their plight. She and her partner, DJ Dibull, were in the neighbourhood for a promotional event when they learned about Millicent Maina’s difficult situation.

Upon visiting her home, they found her bedridden and battling multiple health complications.

What did Eric Omondi say about Githurai mum?

A video doing the rounds showed Millicent struggling to breathe as the 11-year-old worked to fix the oxygen.

In the caption, he wrote:

“This is the saddest thing I’ve seen this year, and trust me, I’ve seen things this year. This mother is in utter pain, and she is being taken care of by her 11-year-old son.
