Taking to her social media, she reposted the clip and shared her heartbreak, especially for the children exposed to the traumatic scene.

“Disclaimer, sharing as received. I’m sorry if this is triggering anyone. But no, no no. Immediately no. Who is this guy? Violence is never the answer, no matter the circumstances. My heart breaks especially for the little boy and his little sibling. The little boy is defending his mum. I pray that they never carry that cycle. My goodness, what a coward," she wrote.

The post has sparked mixed reactions online, with many expressing sympathy for the victim and anger at the perpetrator.

Others called for relevant authorities to intervene and for the man to be held accountable.
