He explained that one day George jokingly asked if he could buy the Matrix matatu.
Lenny said that after George bought Matrix, he kept him as the driver.
"There was no job interview, as my job had already sold itself," Lenny added.
Maji Maji, the host, then wondered where Lenny first met George.
"He would just come to the stage alone and board the matatu," Lenny responded.
The driver was later asked if George usually calls to find out about the daily earnings, to which Lenny explained that there is a manager for that.

How much money does Mood matatu make daily?
Maji Maji then wondered whether Mood would recoup the KSh 14 million investment.
“How can it? If it brings KSh 20,000 in profit daily, can it get a return on investment in two years?" Maji Maji asked.
Lenny estimated that, in two years, the investment would be recouped.
"There are times when the vehicle makes KSh 80,000 daily. It can be hired to go to Nakuru and other places. They pay me KSh 100,000. I give the owner KSh 80,000, and the rest is for the crew," Lenny explained.
Lenny noted that sometimes the matatu can be hired for up to four days to go to distant cities like Mombasa or Eldoret.
"It is hard to find the vehicle in Nairobi on weekends, and that translates into good money,” he said.
Kenyans reacted to the interview, with comments like:
