The musician, who has had influential contributions to dancehall, trap, and Latin music, shared the heartbreaking news with his fans on Instagram on Monday, July 28.

How did Rvssian mourn fallen brother?

In his emotional post, Rvssian revealed that his brother had passed away the previous day.

Rvssian acknowledged the weight of the tragedy and his need for time to heal.

"Yesterday, I found out that my brother had suddenly passed away. It's been hard to process, and I'm still trying to come to terms with it. I may be quiet on social media for a while as I take time to deal with everything," he wrote.

Will Rvssian proceed with pending work?

Despite the overwhelming sorrow, Rvssian expressed his intention to continue working on his current project, Story Book Riddim, out of respect for the artistes who had already contributed to the project.

"Even though things are heavy right now, I will do my best to complete it -- out of respect for the artistes who gave their time and energy to be part of it," he said.

Fans and fellow artists flooded his post with condolences.

In closing, Rvssian expressed his gratitude for the outpouring of love and support he has received.

"Thank you for your love and support," he wrote.

What happened to TikToker Doctor Love's brother?

In other news, TikToker Doctor Love shared heartbreaking news about his brother, Lincoln Kiprop, who was also a doctor.

He recounted how Lincoln lost his life in a road accident shortly after purchasing his first car.

The accident occurred on the Eldama Ravine-Nakuru road, where Kiprop was travelling with two others, neither of whom survived the crash.

He was ejected from the vehicle during the collision, hitting his head on a stone and sustaining serious injuries.
