In June 2024, while visiting his village, Butita's grandmother expressed her desire to see him with a partner.
During the visit, Butita had been accompanied by Abel Mutua and Njugush, both of whom were there with their spouses.
It was at that moment that his grandmother, with a hopeful smile, asked:
"I want to see her," referring to Butita's girlfriend.
Butita assured his grandmother:
"You will see."
Abel chimed in and offered reassurance to the elderly lady.
"He will bring someone. That one, I can assure you," Abel promised.
"Bring her while I am still strong. You are taking too long to introduce someone to granny," the grandmother urged.
