Fatxo found himself in trouble after his friend, and Samidoh Muchoki's cousin, Jeff Mwathi, fell to his death from his house.
The interior designer's death sparked reactions with Kenyans calling for his arrest and hanging Jeff's death around his neck.
His lawyer, Duncan Okatch, however, stated that he was cleared of murder charges and added that the singer was not in the house when Jeff died.
Is someone cancelling DJ Fatxo's shows?
However, in his TikTok video, Fatxo lamented how he wishes to perform but cannot because people were getting him cancelled.
"I have decided not to be silent. I want to have the strength to perform for you guys, but now people are going behind my back, telling clubs to cancel my shows. I feel so hurt, I feel so broken. I imagine my desire to work and perform for you, my people," he said.
Fatxo alleged that the people trying to sink him have formed ways to ensure that every show he gets does not succeed.
"They have created a WhatsApp group and added people with pseudo accounts and fake accounts. Now, when I am given a job by a promoter, they are notified in that group and in fact, I think it's high time I expose their names. Why are you so jealous of me? Is it those three or four shows I did last week that you are so jealous of? Anyway, after every storm, there comes sunlight. I believe one day light will prevail. I believe and have faith in God, not man. But the truth is that you can stop me from getting jobs, but I will never lack," he added.

Is Fatxo living in his house?
Elsewhere, Fatxo announced plans to move out of his Kasarani apartment, where the interior designer tragically died.
According to the artiste, his ethnic traditions consider it taboo to remain in a house where a death has occurred.
Fatxo explained that investigators had barred him from accessing his house and only allowed him to begin relocating after concluding their probe.
