Content creator Steve Opondo, popularly known as Mtumba Man, has confirmed that he got married as he narrated the reasons that led him to switch from cross-dressing.

The TikToker went viral after videos of him selling women's clothes in the CBD using humour and making women feel appreciated went viral.

Did Mtumba Man change his style?

He once explained that he was trying to raise money so he could take care of his family as he opened up about coming from humble beginnings.

However, in a new video that is trending on TikTok, Mtumba Man asked people to address him as Steve because so much has changed in his life.

"Yeah, I am Mr Steve, I am Steve right now. But you know, we cannot do away with the fact that without Mtumba Man there would not have been Mr Steve. Every name had its own package. Like Mr Steve does not do the skirt thing, he does not play games, the TikTok matches. He is not so much on social media, and he is married. He is a whole package," he said.

Why did Mtumba Man blast Robert Burale?

In a different report, Mtumba Man once breathed fire and renowned preacher Robert Burale after he criticised Kinuthia for crossdressing.

Burale stirred debate after criticising TikToker Kevin Kinuthia for consistently dressing as a woman.

In response, Mtumba Man jumped to Kinuthia’s defence, telling off Burale and insisting they were simply hustling.

However, some social media users cautioned Mtumba Man against comparing himself to Kinuthia, noting he only cross-dressed to market women’s clothing.

Others also urged Burale to offer Kinuthia a source of income if he wanted him to stop cross-dressing.
