How did Marya Okoth, hubby dress for wedding?

For their traditional wedding, the couple were dressed in traditional attire. Marya wore a leopard-print dress and a headpiece with feathers, and her lucky charm wore a similar light beige outfit.

A short video captured them singing SDA hymnal song in a church, confirming that the wedding was presided over in a church.

Other photos also confirmed that a church wedding had taken place.

Speaking exclusively to TUKO.co.ke, Nairobi-based relationship coach Pamela Wambui weighed in on the public's mixed reactions to Marya's swift marriage following her split from YY Comedian.

Wambui added that while fans may speculate or project their feelings onto such developments, ultimately, the individuals involved are the only ones who fully understand their journey.

“When a public figure like Marya chooses to keep her relationship private then unveils a major life event like marriage, it challenges the expectations fans form based on the public relationship they once knew. It’s important to recognise that healing and moving on doesn’t follow a timeline set by outsiders, especially in situations where children are involved and emotional wellbeing is prioritised,” she told TUKO.co.ke.
