Did Lydia Wanjiru push boyfriend Doso to fall?
In her statement, Lydia denied the claim and shared her side of the story.
She explained that the Kisumu-based club promoter's fall was an accident.
She expressed her frustration with online accusations.
In words:
"Some Facebook bloggers and a Kisumu influencer posted about how I am Leone's 'mummy,' claiming that as a Kikuyu, I only forgave him to get revenge and that I’m the one who pushed him. These claims were addressed by my lawyer. But best believe, when I meet them in person, I have questions. And they better have answers since they seem to know so much."

What happened to Lydia Wanjiru's boyfriend?
According to Lydia, Doso had just returned home and was removing his shoes when he tragically fell from the flat's balcony.
Lydia also noted that just two days before the incident, a 2-year-old child had fallen from the same apartment building, landing in the same hospital ward as Doso.
"There's much more to this, but as I said, when I meet them, I will ask the questions. They better have answers. There’s no big story here—Leone fell while removing his shoes. A 2-year-old had fallen from the same apartment, but from the second floor, just two days before. We found him in the same high-dependence unit where Leone was. I was the third person to see him down. But again, being a Kikuyu and living unapologetically seems to be a crime. Thank God this didn’t happen when it was just the two of us or in an apartment without CCTV. The devil cannot win where God leads," she clarified.
Lydia Wanjiru's response to critics
Lydia concluded her response with a pointed question to those who doubted her:
"My question is, if you were concerned about what happened to him, wouldn’t your priority be ensuring that he received the necessary medical attention and praying for his recovery? After he’s well, then you can pursue the truth and seek justice."
Was Doso planning to gift Lydia Wanjiru land?
As previously reported, the couple broke up and reconciled and Doso hinted at his plans to gift the influencer a parcel of land and look and a car within his budget.
He disclosed that he had KSh 1.5 million and asked for help in finding a Honda Vezel, the same model Wanjiru had expressed interest in during their time apart.
During their separation, Lydia had stated that these were the only means to rekindle their relationship.
